The main profile of the company is the implementation of projects, related to the design and manufacture of control and protection cabinets, and industrial automation systems.
Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for an HR Specialist. accountants to our manufacturing plant in Krapkowice.
Responsibilities
- Describing, verifying, settling and posting invoices
- Preparation of payments and posting of bank statements
- Entering data into the ERP system
- Working closely with an external accounting firm
- Preparation of reports for controlling/management
- Support for administrative work
- Supporting recruitment processes
Our requirements
- Education in the field – finance, accounting, economics
- Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Experience in a similar position
- Experience in customs procedures will be an added advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and/or English
- Accuracy, conscientiousness and good organization of own work
